Who you deal with
The people behind the standard.
Forterra is owner run. The founder who wrote the service protocols is still hands-on in the business every day, and the fleet and warehouse behind every route have an owner too.
Michael Lohner
Fleet & Warehouse Operations
Runs the fleet and warehouse operations behind all three offices and owns the standard every truck rolls out to.

Field team · Dallas, Southlake, Aubrey
Every technician is a W-2 employee, not a subcontractor, and licensed under TPCL #850046. Routes are covered by the office nearest you, and every visit is logged so your home's history follows the account. Trucks carry GPS and cameras because careful driving gets the same attention as pests.
