Our Basic plan covers common household pests including ants, spiders, and cockroaches. Standard adds fire ants, rodent monitoring, and seasonal mosquito treatment. For exterior-only treatments (Basic plan), you do not need to be home. For plans that include interior treatments (Standard and Premium), we ask that someone over 18 is present to provide access. We always notify you before your scheduled visit and work around your schedule.
Standard and Premium plans include free re-treatments between scheduled visits. If you see covered pests after a treatment, call us and we will come back at no extra charge. Premium members receive same-day emergency service for urgent issues.
Yes. We use EPA-registered products applied by licensed technicians following strict safety guidelines. We recommend keeping pets and children away from treated areas until they are dry, which typically takes 30 to 60 minutes. Your technician will always review safety instructions with you.
