Crawling Insect Prevention
The vast majority of pests you deal with on a day-to-day basis will be covered by this plan. In terms of what’s covered, we would be blown away if you can find a plan from another pest control company in Dallas-Fort Worth that covers more pests. We like to ask the questions: “Does it crawl?” and “Is it an insect?”. If the answer to both of those questions is “yes” it’s going to be covered under this plan. The only major exceptions are bed bugs and termites. We also throw in coverage for mice and rats as well as wasp nest removal (because, why not?). All-in-all, this is the plan to keep the bugs outside - where they belong!
- Covers all general household crawling pests
- Bi-monthly service (Quarterly available upon request)
- Exterior service
- Interior coverage as needed
- Wasp nest removal
- Spider web removal
- Full yard ant treatment
Flying Insect Prevention
If you’re like us, every spring we get really excited to go outside and enjoy the warm weather. Until the mosquitos come out that is. They do a great job at ruining warm weather fun especially here in Southlake Texas and the surrounding DFW area. The combination of the humidity and often dense vegetation make it a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Our Flying Insect service is designed to target mosquitos as well as outdoor flies in the yard. Since these bugs go dormant during the cooler months, we perform the service April through October. Get this plan if you’d like to go outside and NOT get eaten alive or worse... the Zika Virus.
- Covers all flying insects such as mosquitos and flies
- Monthly service (April-October)
- Exterior coverage
- Mosquito fogging targeting their nesting sites
Termite Prevention
Unfortunately, living in the Dallas Fort-Worth area means subterranean termites are a real problem. And what’s worse is that you don’t even know they’re around until you see them in and around the house. And by that point, it’s often too late to “prevent” and the damage has already begun. As certified Sentricon® partners, we install Sentricon bait stations around the perimeter of your home to prevent termite infestations before they become a real issue. If you’re dealing with existing termites, we will still install this baiting system and may perform other remedial treatments to eliminate the colony such as using liquid and foam products in targeted locations. Prevent termites before they start chowing down on your home
- Installation of Sentricon ® bait stations around perimeter of home
- Covers termites
- Full service warranty
You're Not Alone, Your Neighbors Trusted Forterra
And Now Live Pest Free

I recently switched from a big company to Forterra and it was a great decision. Small company and the customer service has been on point. Every employee I’ve spoken with actually cares and takes the time to solve the issue. Techs at the bigger pest companies try to get as many routes as possible and it’s hard to get them back out when issues pop up. Ean has been my tech and is thorough and explains everything.

FAQs

If you would like full coverage for inside and outside your home, we have a Rodent Service package which will include bait boxes for the exterior as well as traps for inside the home.
For situations where there is an active infestation of rodents in a home, we recommend the Rodent Service as well as an inspection for a rodent exclusion. A rodent exclusion is where there are holes and other entry points around the home through which the rodents are entering and exiting. To completely remedy the situation, we oftentimes must seal off those entry points to prevent further rodent activity.
This package will cover a wide range of pests including ants, spiders, earwigs, certain roaches, and hundreds of other common household pests. It’s honestly easier to call out what is not included in the general pest program: mosquitoes, rodents and wildlife, termites and other wood-destroying insects, bed bugs, and german roaches.
If you believe you have an active termite infestation, we highly recommend you set up an inspection so one of our termite specialists can come inspect to understand the extent of the damage and whether you still have a termite problem. Pricing for termite treatments cannot be given over the internet or phone – we really need to send out a licensed specialist to take a look.
